2015 TOURNAMENT AND SHOWCASE INFORMATION

* THIS PAGE WILL LIST AVAILABLE TOURNAMENTS AND SHOWCASES THAT PLAYERS MAY WISH TO ATTEND.

* THEY ARE FOR THE FROSH(15-16) AND JUNIOR(17-18) DIVISIONS.

* THESE ARE MOSTLY TEAM EVENTS AND A MINIMUM OF 12 PLAYERS MUST WANT TO GO.

* ALL OF THESE TYPE OF EVENTS ARE AT THE PLAYERS EXPENSE AND MUST BE PAID FOR SEPARATELY IN ADVANCE BEFORE THEY CAN BE ARRANGED. THEY ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE DUES PAID BY THE PLAYERS FOR THE NORMAL TEAM EVENTS SUCH AS PRACTICES AND LEAGUE GAMES. PLAYERS AND THEIR PARENTS MUST ASSUME ALL RISKS INVOLVED. ADDITIONAL SPECIAL SIGNED PERMISSION FORMS AND OTHER DOCUMENTATION WILL BE REQUIRED. THESE EVENTS HAVE DEADLINES AND SO THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF PLAYERS MUST BE FULLY PAID AND ALL PAPERWORK SIGNED AND DELIVERED BEFORE ARRANGEMENTS CAN BE MADE AND THE EVENT CANCELLED IF WE MISS THE DEADLINE. THE TEAM HAS NO SOURCE OF FUNDING AND MUST SELF PAY FOR THE THINGS PLAYERS WANT.

* THESE EVENTS WILL BE OFFERED TO PLAYERS ON THE ROSTER FIRST AND THEN TO THE PLAYERS FRIENDS. FRIENDS WHO WANT TO PLAY THESE EVENTS ONLY OR FRIENDS FROM OTHER TEAMS WILL BE WELCOME TO FILL ANY AVAILABLE SPOT ON THE EVENTS ROSTER.

* TEAM FUND RAISING IS POSSIBLE IF THE PLAYERS SO CHOOSE.

* TRANSPORTATION TO THE EVENT, FOOD, ETC IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PLAYERS FAMILY. THEY MUST BOOK THEIR OWN TRAVEL AND MAY CHOOSE TO TRAVEL ALONE OR WITH THE TEAM. WE WILL TRY TO TRAVEL TOGETHER AND COORDINATE THE TRAVEL BUT NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT.

* THERE IS NO RETURN OF MONEY PAID ONCE COMMITTED TO GO. IF INSUFFICENT PLAYERS ACTUALLY GET THERE IT BECOMES ALL THE PLAYERS LOSS EVEN THOUGH NOT AT FAULT AS ALL MONEYS PAID TO THE TOURNAMENT OR SHOWCASE IS NOT REFUNDABLE. ANY MONEY NOT YET SPENT IS RETURNABLE TO THE PLAYERS WHO ACTUALLY SHOWED UP ONLY.
