THROW GETTING BENT OVER STRIDE FOOT ON MOUND: STARTING IN GOAL POST POSITION / TURN / THROW TRY: ROTATE ARM / ELEVATE ARM IN PLANE / FROM FLAT ARM -TURN OVER / USE THE ONE THAT FEELS BEST. REPEAT USING DIFFERENT STRIDE LENGTHS.

TOWEL INCREASE STRIDE LENGTH FROM GOAL POST POS AND TOWEL THRU FINGERS HIT A BUCKET 6 FT AWAY. (= PLAYERS HEIGHT) CHANGE DISTANCE TO MODIFY STRIDE LENGTH

SLIDE RHYTHM & FEEL FROM STRETCH POS - 30 FOOT AWAY / HANDS TOGETHER & POINTED UP - EXECUTE A SERIES OF STRIDES THEN PIVOT ON BACK FOOT & THROW. STRIDE AS FAR AS CAN GETTING BELLY BUTTON PAST FRONT KNEE. DONE SLOWLY IN RHYTHM, BRING FOOT TO OTHER FOOT IN AIR.

BKWD RHYTHM & FEEL FROM WINDUP POS WITH BACK TO PLATE - 30 FEET AWAY / ONSIDE FOOT BIG STEP BACKWARDS / SPIN / AGGRESSIVE STRIDE & THROW. MUST PICK UP TARGET AND PUT HEAD ON IT.GET FRONT GLOVE POINTED TO TARGET.

QUICK INSIDE RHYTHM & FEEL FROM STRETCH POS IN OPPOSITE DIRECTION - TURN AWAY FROM GLOVE SIDE & THROW USING LONG SLOW ARM ACTION.. CAN USE JUMP TURN. TURN ON BACK FOOT / WEIGHT ON BACK FOOT / STRIDE / THROW. HEAD ON TGT. RT-LT/RT/LT OR JUMP
